This is your first step towards greater visual freedom through Lasik eye surgery. If you wish to immediately schedule a Lasik evaluation, you may contact us directly at (414)778-2020. Otherwise, a member of our dedicated Laser Vision Correction staff will contact you shortly at the contact number that you provided.

An exact exam date and time will be schedule at that time. Our staff member will brief you on what you have to do prior to your Lasik evaluation and help answer any questions you might have regarding Lasik surgery, logistics, or financing.

Important things that you need to know prior to a Lasik evaluation include:

• If you wear contact lenses, you must not wear them for 2 weeks (soft contact lenses) or 4 weeks (hard or gas permeable contact lenses) prior to your evaluation. You should wear your glasses during this time. If you want to minimize the time of wearing glasses, it may be possible to temporarily switch to a soft contact lens for a month and then only wear glasses for 2 weeks.
• These time frames for being out of contact lenses also apply to surgery. Therefore, patients often try to schedule surgery close to the time of their evaluation.
• Please come to the evaluation prepared to share your medical and eye health history, which we'll use to determine if you are a good Lasik candidate.
• If available, please bring your most recent glasses or glasses prescriptions for the last couple of years to the evaluation.
